T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm starting up a fishing apparel company and need to get my first design created. Im looking for a salt life style shirt, not a realistic image. I would like the company lettering incorporated under the fish and the company compass symbol on the red drum fish tail. I do have the vectored image of the company logo and can provide it. This will only be the start. If I enjoy the design, I plan on working with that designer moving forward. The color should be accurate to what a red fish looks like in real life. I would also like to see water accents
