We need an employee handbook designed for our team of aged and disability support workers.
We provide a range of disability and aged care services to persons in our region.
We are a small business, providing unique and personalised support to vulnerable people. We actually provide choice and control to our clients - something the bigger agencies say they do but don't follow through with.
We aim to be an employer of choice - providing a workplace that supports our staff personally and professionally.
We would like to see the colours gold, yellow, black, grey and white.
We would like to incorporate photos of our current team members and stock photos of fun teams, persons with a disability, elderly and carers in the community and home.
The final design should communicate a fun, supportive team offering growth and opportunity.
