Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm looking for a logo for our new software project. We're building a software platform for the manufacturing industry, based on different selectable modules that combined solves our customers needs when it comes to operations, track and trace, quality, planning and machine integration. Some key values in our software is the ability to adapt to our customers needs without writing software from scratch. We're aiming to be somewhere in-between a standard solution and a fully customized software solution.

We're also currently looking for a tag line to go with the software name. The best we have so far is "Modern & Effective Digitalization of the Manufacturing Industri". Would love to get some suggestions of improved tag-lines aswell.

The software is build by two different software companies. "Mond Digital Solutions" and "Trinsic". I've added the respective logos of the companies as attachments. There's no real requirement to use them but we do like the green color used in the Trinsic logo.
