Hi.
I need a new design done for a business broker website. An example of the style of website I like is https://chelseacorporate.com/

The menu needs to be :
* Home
* Businesses for Sale
* What we do
* Our people
* Industries
* Blog
* Confidentiality
* Contact

The home page needs to include a section saying 'businesses sold' with each having a photo, heading and short description. It also needs to have a place to show a video which I have attached so you can take a screenshot to put it on the page.

The content on the home page needs to be as follows:
