Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for the National JBQ Festival. JBQ stands for "Junior Bible Quiz"
Across the country at the beginning of June, 80 teams from all over the country come to one location to quiz each other on Bible knowledge.
What I think we want is a logo that kind of looks iconic and competitive. We are thinking like a Sheild Logo with JBQ on top or overlapping it. Think about the NFL Logo or other sports logos that are based around the concept of the shield.
We also want it to be somewhat patriotic since it is an American National Tournament. So Rich Navy Deep, Deep Red, True White tones, maybe some others if you wanna spice it. Black and grays are obviously okay. See what you can do!
