Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are an international logistics and domestic trucking company who moves freight. We have sample of designs attached (Brownstone International and IRON OXEN, we own both). The new design should combine both of these looks... We want the globe behind the oxen, to combine the oxen "look" of both logo's... Colors to be similar to a "Porsche" orange or "Harley Davidson" orange with grey and black. In the 2 examples, we like the shading of the IRON OXEN one and the bulky, more muscular, beefy stance of our Brownstone one. I think the letters need to be more solid, but we are open to options.

We have reviewed the designs and below are the qualities we like from what we have seen so far. We are looking forward to see these suggestions incorporated into your designs:
a) Color - we would prefer subdued colors as opposed to very bright warm colors. Please tone down if using orange color scheme.
b) Icon Elements we like to see more of:
Ox
must be stylized but form should be well-defined so the ox can be easily recognized. (avoid clipart image)
must be facing to the right and facing down like it is pulling a load towards the right
Use of highlights, shadow gradients on the ox to define its "body structure" would be great
Avoid clipart,
We are also envisioning to have a logo with the body of a truck and an ox for the head with head pointing towards the ground and pulling or pushing weights
Instead of using a straight line or arc, we would like to see versions of the ox standing on a ground so a contoured rough line below the ox would be nice but this should not stretch to cover the entire name
We would the ox to embody "Strength and Speed" in its appearance.
Globe - we would like a globe incorporated into the design if possible like a background element to the ox. Font
we would also like to see a stylize Sans Serif font for the text IRON OXEN.
Slogan should not be too small
