Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm looking for a nice logo for my practice of choice for dermatology (=skin specialist), for letterhead/invoice header etc.;
should have a lively and energetic effect, convey competence and expertise and still contain the "skin" aspect (beautiful, smooth, flawless, soft, healthy,...).
maybe something with "close up"? or "derma sana" (=Latin for healthy skin)?
I like the colors blue, but also taupe or mauve, possibly also in combination, but I'm quite open when it comes to colors, just please not garish and squeaky.
