Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need an update to our bus tour company logo. We would like it to be professional, sleek and versatile. Please read the following:

1. The word "PREMIUM" needs to be at least 6" tall when the logo is printed at 20" tall
2. Make a logo that looks more modern/ cool then our current logo
3. Must be very legible from a distance/ not too much going on (it is going to be printed on the side of a bus)
4. The logo should be black
5. Logo should be no larger than 20"x35"
6. Attached pic 1 is our old logo, attached pic 2 is the bus we are going to put it on
