Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design for a brand new company, it's a specialist real estate agency offering high end service in every area of real estate. I sell property, plus I will buy property for interstate clients who can't get here. It needs to present as a highly specialist business that clients will be attracted to and feel that they're being cared for and in expert hands. I like black, white and caramel or deep grey with white, possibly a cobolt or navy blue. No pastels or bright colours. It needs to be understated, elegant, but modern.
