Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my Acupuncture business. It is currently just an Acupuncture business, but I will be expanding into a Health Spa in a few years. So it does not only have to pertain to Acupuncture (that being said I do love the current needles within the sun in my logo - but I could grow to love it without as well). I have an old logo I had designed, it was basic black and white and done quickly.

I would like the design to pop a little more, look a little more elegant. The colors for my business are gold, black, white and dark green. I love how black and gold looks together.

I would like the logo to have the business name "Botanical Point", but I would also like the words "skin, body & soul" somewhere below or around it as well. As I specialize in Cosmetic Acupuncture, Sports Medicine, Nutrition. So my demographic is men and women (and broad).

Megrim was the font I picked, but it can be changed.

I am attaching my current logo, as well as a one of my friends logos (Revive wellness) I really love. Please don't copy it, as I know her. But I love the contrast of the colors, and it is very elegant without being overly feminine.
