Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a young start-up looking for a logo for an online application called "noter". The name stands for "notitia tergum" from Latin and means "data backup". In addition, noter stands for "a person who takes or makes notes...." Exactly what our application enables. The spelling of the name is still open (NOTER -noTer- noter-NoTer...)
Our innovative application enables both consumers and companies to maintain and use all personal data in a single app in a simple, secure, transparent and legally compliant manner. Security, accessibility, timeliness, trust...
Since the users of our app are people aged 18-99 worldwide and also companies, the design should be clear, modern, timeless and meaningful.
We don't want a colorful logo but prefer general/neutral colors (e.g. blue-grey-black-silver-orange)
Vector graphics are necessary as the logo is required for the app.
