Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our company is Golden State Foods - we have a strong tie to the "golden" part of our name & to the Eagle as a symbol of success. We chartered a focused improvement team that spans multiple plants across the globe. This team is named "Seal Team 12" as they are working to improve performance on our sachet fillers that are 12 rows across (fill 12 packets at a time) & seal product inside them (primarily ketchup, sauce, & jams for the fast food businesses). The team will be working on operator capability, maintenance systems, equipment centerlines, design improvements, & standardizing processes (5 primary work streams / deliverables). We need a logo design that this team can use. Also, we'd like the logo to be somewhat flexible so that as we replicate this improvement strategy across other fillers / machines, we can either use the logo as is or with minor modifications. Important elements of the logo would be "golden", eagle as a symbol, tied to our business (sachet packets or ketchup or something similar), sends a message of strength / our ability to win / our ability to sustain the gains, & looks good on a shirt. Something simple is better than something overly complex.
