Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my own founded company base in Switzerland. I consult & coach companies in their development - new work, remote work, selfleadership, modern leadership, working together methods, innovation. This helps companies & people to live a fullfilled, greatful and healthy life, because the work in the area where their strength are and take responsibility for thier lives. I would love to see a design which includes waves to show on one hand your own flow and the flow with the others, or that I bring the flow into (my name/signiture in the wave to visualize that I bring this flow) the company or yourself. It could be nice to have some waves over each other to see the growth. The final design should communicate Growth, Development and Flow for you and the others, because you get in the flow. Supporting each other, be respectful, mindful and enjoy what you do that ends up in Growth.
