Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We had our logo designed last year. I am changing my company and need a redesign.

We are no longer strictly a spinal surgical instrument manufacturing company. We are adding aerospace manufacturing to our business. (think SpaceX, NASA, Boeing, Defense aviation industry) – we will be machining parts out of various metals for these types of companies as well as staying with our current business model of manufacturing/machining surgical instruments (stainless steel and titanium hand held surgical instruments)
I want to change our company name from Integrity Systems Medical to Integrity Systems Precision.

I would like the main company name to be "Integrity Systems Precision" but would also like to incorporate the phrase "Surgical & Aerospace Machining" beneath it.

So there will be certain times when I display the logo and want the text "Surgical & Aerospace Machining" beneath it such as when I have our company sign made or on our website and business cards.

Other places such as on shirts I would just want the logo with the words "Integrity Systems Precision"

I have uploaded two files of our current logo. One with a white background and one with a black. I like the color scheme of black/orange/white and most likely would like to stay with it. But am open to other options as well so if you come up with a good design I may ask you to submit a few other color variations.

You may notice our current logo uses a spine for the Letter S and over the i in Integrity there is a machine tool head

We don't necessarily have to keep that but whatever the logo is, I want it to stand out but not be too busy.
