T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a home grown business started from the bottom up with no corporate investors. It was started by my childhood friend and a year later I joined the company. Throughout the last 10 years we have been involved in community volunteering, donating to many non profit organizations as well as local disaster relief funds. Our logo has been recognized throughout our county but as we have grown we want to take our merchandise to that next level. We want both our our employees and customers to be wear our unique shirts and show them off to friends and family. We have several different concepts in mind and hope to work with a variety of unique artist.
1st idea/concept is pretty simple. We would like a shirt to look like "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" logo except saying "Mercy Wellness". We want the font to be the same but would like the caduceus and maybe some cannabis leaves lightly incorporated into the graffiti background surrounding the font. Like a ghost image so they aren't predominant
