Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a privately-owned multi-family apartment rental company that has been in operation for forty-two years. We are headquartered in the Midwestern US (Kansas City). We 100% own and operate 28 multi-family apartment building across six US states with anywhere from 41-492 units across four state. Our properties are self-contained communities run by an on-site staff. Almost all have pools, gyms, common clubhouse areas, and other sought-after amenities. We are renaming our company from "NRED" to "Nolan Living" and are looking for a logo that conveys our values of being people-first, authentic, and genuine. We treats everyone like family. We nurture strong teams, build vibrant communities, and deliver exceptional returns. Our current brand logo (with the current NRED name) is uploaded. Because of our heritage with red, we would like to keep red in the logo, at least as an accent color. Please make it a darker red than the current one, and we are open to other colors (like a dark blue instead of black). We would like to incorporate an icon in the brand name -- an American Robin (see attached). It can be an actual bird, an illustrated version, a silhouette, or an artistic impression of a bird. Logo should have the bird and "Nolan Living" in it. Our logo will appear on our website, on signage at our properties, on all collateral marketing materials, and even on our employee's t-shirts.
