Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

"Up North Acquisitions" is a residential and commercial property development and investing company in Central USA.
We are looking for our "forever" logo as we continue to grow the company.
The logo must be elegant and professional, with a clean design so it can be used on all mediums.

IF YOU ARE DESIGNING AN ABSTRACT LOGO
The logo MUST include:
- The main text being the letters "UNA"
- The words "Up North Acquisitions" (if they are removable it would be preferred)
- Three colours MAXIMUM, preferably red, white, blue if you use three. Having the ability to use only one colour would be idea.

IF YOU ARE DESIGNING A SPORTS STYLE LOGO
The logo must include:
- The text "Up North Acquisitions" at the bottom which can be removed
- We would like an animal synonymous with Northern America where the business is based, either an Eagle, deer or caribou. We have attached examples for your reference. Our preferred style is that of the fox reference image and the eagle reference image.

We have two styles that we like. The first is the "NBA" or "Sports" style logo. The second is the modern minimalist style. We have attached sample images of both styles for your reference as inspiration.

We prefer the logo to be modern and are more than ok with it being abstract. You do not have to use buildings in the logo, in fact we prefer you don't.

It is extremely important to us that the logo is modern, timeless and professional as we will use this moving forward as we expand the business into different states and continue to grow.

TEXT:
We would like the text "Up North Acquisitions" to be in a very clean, sans serif upper case font, similar to the sample images you see.
