Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am requesting a logo design for a Condominium development that will be used for presale marketing. The Logo should be inviting, exciting, environmental and professional to reflect the architecture of the development. I have prepared a draft logo that uses the "V" of valley Creek to represent a Valley between hills and the Letter "C" to represent the creek between the valley. See attached draft logo and pictures of the condo development.
