Merchandize-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are local beekeepers that want to start selling merchandise like t-shirts and coffee mugs in addition to our delicious honey. I have a catch phrase I would like to use for the merchandise, "The Honey is worth the Sting".

I would like the catch phrase to be stylized. I was thinking of making the 'y' in honey into a honey dipper with honey dripping off the end, and making the 'g' in sting look like a bee abdomen and stinger. I wondered if it would work to also give the word "honey" a honey drip effect at the top. Sort of like how honey is dripping from the top of Winnie the Pooh's honey pot. For now I just want this done in black, so the drip effect may not really work in a single color. I am certainly willing to consider other ideas for stylization. The above suggestions are just what came to my mind.

My plan is to start using the design on T-Shirts. If there is strong demand for those, then I could see branching out to coffee mugs and baseball hats. I suspect it would be difficult to get one design to work for all three of those items, but I would like that kept in mind.
