Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo made for our overarching parent company of many other companies. The group of companies as a whole is involved in commercial real estate and construction/glass/glazing. The name of parent company is BC Wyatt's Torch. The Torch is meant to represent business that keeps on burning, don't let the flame die out similar to an oil derrick.
I will share an example of what we want the torch to look like but we also want buildings/real estate to be incorporated in the design as well. The secondary logo I will share is the logo for our glazing company. Any way to incorporate those together but not looking exactly alike?
