LOGO WANTS:
Alludes to a home in a subtle way (although a roof is the obvious choice and should be pursued, perhaps think outside of the box)
Luxurious
An 'A' and 'R' as part of the logo where the 'A' stands out more than the 'R'
For the spelled out company name text we like when the 'Adaptive' is larger than the 'Rentals'
OUR DESIGN NEEDS:
We are looking for you to provide us with the following:
Logo
Stylized “Adaptive Rentals” text. We are open to font and letter spacing variants.

OUR COMPANY:
Adaptive Rentals delivers rental homes that provide a place for personality, warmth, and growth for students at major colleges and universities. Our company will build a reputation among tenants for making a positive impact in the lives of as many students as possible by being more than just a college landlord. We value delivering a product that is undeniably superior, serving our tenants beyond their expectations, and developing strategies that are irresistible to investors.


OUR BRAND VISION:
The Adaptive Rentals brand should communicate warmth by being comfortable and familiar to the user, service by being both efficient and welcoming, personality by standing out from the crowd in some way, impact by providing concreteness and steadfastness in our mission, and growth by instilling a feeling of adaptation, elevation, and upgrade. Overlaying our brand is an aura of luxury. We will be top of the market and provide the highest quality experience and value to our customers and investors.

In addition, we have identified the following color palette for our brand overall (i.e. website colors, print materials, business cards, logo)
NOT all 5 of the below colors need to be used in the logo design! In fact, it might look quite cluttered and overwhelming to have five colors in a logo!

Therefore, we have listed the five colors below in order. #1 is more of a “base” color to our brand, whereas #5 is the most “accent” color that should be used the least. Here are our five brand colors:
