Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Logo to be used for yard/building signs, web, letterhead, social media, promotional products and anywhere else our logo is needed.

Looking for something contemporary. I like black and white- I also think red is important as its eye catching but I'm not opposed to a unique color.
I want something legible from a distance, but still creative and professional. Something that able to be converted into a 1 color logo as well.

As far as graphics I like the pin drop/locater but possibly with a custom twist? (see attached art files) I'm thinking the logo should be stacked with my name over real estate, but I'm open to something custom or just text!
