Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a 2-page editable newsletter template, that we can update monthly with various information and pictures. We would like an area to include our values: Be Safe, Be Honest, Be Responsible, Be Respectful, Be Great. Ideally we would have 2-3 bulk text areas to highlight different things each month, with area we an update a picture from time to time and maybe some text areas where we can add a fun fact type thing. Some of the areas we will include are production milestones (if any), monthly tenure, monthly new hires, highlighting an employee that demonstrates our value, community engagement, upcoming holidays/events, press releases. The exact content will likely change month to month but these will be some of the frequent topics. We are a copper Mine in northern Yukon. I've attached our Brand Guidelines and logo files.
