Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Our company now uses photos of one of its scientist founders. We would like to shift to a cartoon character. It needs to be male, but we would like it to be a person of color (e.g., black or latino). We don't want the character to be wild-haired or otherwise crazy-looking. We don't want the character to be a "mad scientist." We want him to appear friendly but convey trustworthiness and competence. We do want him to wear a white lab coat, but no writing should be on the coat.
