Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My new business is a franchise consulting/brokerage firm that needs an identity package. Essentially, I work with prospective business owners to help them realize their dreams of financial independence and work/life balance by buying a franchise. I learn about the client, help them assess their interests, establish goals, and then present franchise opportunities that will help them reach their objectives. I become their trusted advisor and coach, helping them to build the life they want to have through business ownership. I need to be seen as credible, trustworthy, and professional, but this process should also be fun.

I am an affiliate of the Franchise Brokers Association and my website (built by them) will carry some of their branding. Therefore, I'd like my logo design to be complementary with theirs although unique. You can view their website at: https://www.franchiseba.com/

We had a winner in a previous design contest (see image), but there was a potential copyright violation with the graphic that was created. While I like this graphic and would like to see something similar, I thought the text was particularly well-done. I've got a lot of letters between my company name and my tagline and its been a challenge to keep it readable. This one did it particularly well.
