Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi, don't be scared by the long description, there is a lot of explanation but the work is not as much as it seems. I am creating a clothing brand for which I already have the sketches of the designs and I am looking for a designer to add creativity, quality and prepare them so that I can later translate them into my pieces. The axes of the brand are mystery/scarcity/exclusivity (the store is only accessed through a qr on clothing pieces), drugs/psychedelia (both in the theme of the designs and in the design of the experience I want provide the user) and the use of art as social criticism and as a tool to make people think. It is a somewhat special brand, and I am looking for someone who understands as much as possible what it is about so that there is maximum cohesion between brand and designs. I'm not saying that the designer necessarily has to take drugs, but abstain from life in general. It is not a brand for everyone (and I do not mean that you are a worse person if you do not like it), nor that it is shown in broad daylight, it caters to a very specific group of people and responds to very specific ideas. This point is generating certain difficulties for me since I am looking for something quite specific, so it is easy that if I see something especially in line with the brand idea, we can talk about more jobs, which there are.

Moving on to the design itself, I'm attaching the sketch I have. It is a 3-color design: the background is black (the color of the shirt/sweatshirt...), white is the main color of the design (therefore it can be left as a negative) and then there will be certain parts that will be in color holographic (I don't know how to explain it but if you search in google it is as it comes out). This color will be used to highlight something to the viewer, such as the girl in the red dress in Schindler's List, and you don't need to put it in holographic, making it a different color is enough for me, simply that the pattern will be like that. In this case, the concept of the design is PELICAN IN THE PLASTIC SEA, where a diagonal cut zipper is opened and a sea full of waste is shown (relating it to drugs and at the same time pollution, beer cans, open chickens, lighters, some card...) and oil, like from a tanker leak or something, and this oil is the one that will go in holographic color. There is also a deadpan pelican like living in shit. Lastly, there must be a sun, and the figure of the sun must have a type of distortion like the one attached in the other image.

To finish with the design aspects, I look for the style to be something on the oldschool cartoon side, but if you understand the idea, free rein to creativity. The same with the outline and the instructions that I have given, once you understand what the thing is about, be creative with it, the distribution of the objects in your opinion, add things if you see it that way... As for the notes in the I outline the same thing, just ideas but they don't have to be followed at all. This design will go on the back with the measurements of an A3, so you can get an idea (although I'll take care of all this). IMPORTANT: avoid very fine lines and tiny detail as it will not print well. At the end I will need the 2 colors of the design (ignoring the black background) separately in different files, I will discuss details with the winning design but notice because it is included in the project.
