Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Redesign our logo for our physiotherapy clinic in Sydney, Australia.
We are physiotherapy clinic servicing the local community with a focus on general physio for families, the elderly, and people into weekend sports (as opposed to a hard core sports physio).
Our current logo uses the following colours:
Dark Blue - RGB (0, 19, 58)
Yellow - RGB (255, 192, 0)
Light Blue - RGB (0, 204, 255)
We would definitely like to stay with the dark blue and yellow, but would like to drop the light blue.
Our current logo is on a square dark blue background which makes it very hard to use on anything but white, so we'd like to move away from this defined square shape. We also prefer rounder shapes.
We also run a workshop business (Active Rehab Solutions), which is a separate business, but related to the physio business. We redesigned the logo for that a few years ago and we would like the new physio logo to tie in with that. Could we have the wording in the same style, with a new image to the left of the wording (see file attached).
We like lower case lettering in Trebuchet.
We would like to communicate a feeling of activity, the body, movement, fitness. We like round shapes.
I have attached a picture of an idea for how to modify the Active Rehab Solutions icon to have the same feel but be different enough to be a distinct business in it's own right.
Could we please have an option on a white background as well as one that could go on a darker background.
