Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for a female owned construction company. The business is located in the State of Wisconsin and is focused on old home preservation & restoration. I'd like a simple clean logo with a vintage feel. Color is not necessary but may be added. I like a watercolor effect. The business name Lar' Abeille Homes is a play on the street name where the business is located (Larabee St.) and is pronounced the same. L' Abeille means "the bee" in French which evokes a vintage cottage feel and is a reminescent of my father - a life long bee enthusiast.
Please incorporate these ideas without being overtly feminine or cutsie. I'd like male customers and clients to take me seriously. The uploaded files should help you get a feel for my work and inspiration. The "screenshot" is an illustration that I envisioned being used to provide shape or structure in some way. If you choose to add a house please use the outline of the house in my samples. I like the steep roof pitch, and round top door and window. I look forward to seeing your creative genius.
