After reviewing the feedback from several designers, I am happy to consider Wordpress designs/coding as well as Wix. While the current site is hosted with Wix, if a superior wordpress design comes in, I have the flexibility to change our hosting arrangement and work with the best designer to get the best site live / online. The current website www.splitcreekcapital.com has a menu link to "services" listing 3 services "stock selection", "alternatives" and "optimization".... this is incomplete and ideally the new site will include the following: Financial Planning Asset Management Portfolio Optimization Alternative Investments Each service will need to link to a separate page with more info The financial planning page will include some of the language from the https://www.splitcreekcapital.com/services page but need more language which I can provide upon request or send to the winner. The Asset Management page will include be much of the current stock selection content + a bit of intro/more general language at the top The portfolio optimization page will be the optimization content Alternative investments will be the alternatives page Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions

Day 2 is winding down and I have rated all submissions and sent detailed feedback + added an update with more graphics, logos, etc in a google photos album link. I appreciate all the hard work and will continue to provide daily updates, comments, feedback, etc to try and make this as collaborative and supportive as possible. Thank you!

New designs from yet to contribute artists welcome, please message me with any questions. Wix is my current host and would be an easy swap, but if the best design is wordpress I will change hosting providers as needed. Please ensure that the top panel section of any design incorporates both lines of business "Personalized financial advice to help you achieve your goals" and "Professional management to make your money work for you" The current tiles "you come first", "personalized services", "transparent fees" and "we give back" can be considered a "why work with us" section. If appropriate, you may wish to include a link to a separate FAQ page below this for even further information. Some designs may utilize a separate FAQ or an integrated FAQ in the primary page. Either is a valid submission/design idea. In general I'm finding that "drawn" style graphics and icons + landscape or other scene photos are preferable to stock photos heavily featuring people/faces of people that don't work at the firm. For designs incorporating both the "why work with us" and a "our services" sections, I would like to see both sets of tiles, graphics, hexs, bubbles, icons, whatever you wanna call them as animated on hover over. For the "why work with us" it would be ideal / best to have a click open an expanded context box within the same webpage for more written content but not a full page box. For the "our services" tiles, bubbles, buttons, whatever, I want the click action to link to separate pages where I've built out further content (find on www.splitcreekcapital.com using the menu to navigate). I continue to log in regularly and provide full and detailed feedback on all submissions. If you need written content let me know. I'm happy to provide and work with you to craft the perfect page!
