Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are looking to have a services/landing page created for one of our offerings. The goal of the page is to explain a relatively complex service (advanced retirement plan) by highlighting the benefits and uses for the plan such that it tells a story that encourages individuals and businesses that would benefit from the plans to reach out.
The page will be used both as a landing page (though secondarily) and as a page that many of our partners will show to their clients in order to generate interest. We help other people closes these deals so we want it to handle both.
Overall, we would want the page to incorporate the following sections/areas.
1. Headline and a place for a video at the top
2. Explanation of what a cash balance plan is (a paragraph or two)
3. These five benefits: These are the 7 we usually use, but only include five at a time so only need room for five.
a. Highest Tax Deductible Contributions Allowed
b. Significantly reduce your taxes
c. Potential Negative “Net Cost”
d. Owner & Executive Weighted Benefits
e. Retain and Attract Top Talen
f. Catch Up On decades of low retirement savings in a matter of years
g. Potential for life time income
4. A section comparing the contribution limits allowed for each plan type (Please see attached image as an example).
5. A place for a table of contribution amounts (This will just be an image. Also, attached).
6. A place for a compare table

7. Occasional banners for call to actions

Our primary audience for this project are successful small business owners with a particular focus on medical professionals (doctors, chiropractors, dentists, plastic surgeons, etc.). In generally, they will be between 45 and 65 years old and earn $150k or more.
Because we work a lot with financial, business strategy, and insurance based products that require a significant investment by the client trust, professionalism, and sophistication are important attributes we wish to portray in the design of the page. Our preferred colors are blue or green. Though we are still working on figuring out the color scheme so your input as a designer is welcomed as your creativity can help us communicate the attributes we seek to embody for our clients.
In the attached document, I have included some additional information about the service itself if it helps to have some context, as well as a more flushed out outline of the details above.
Importantly, I am not a marketer so any creative input is always welcome if there is a best practice we are not incorporating in either our design requests or outline.
