Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

It has been around 15 years since the logo was last changed and a lot has changed over that time within the Ipswich Jets. We are a Rugby League Club and Netball Club, but no mention of either sports is necessary. Refer to www.ipswichjets.com so you can get a background on who we are and what we are about and how we present ourselves.

Our primary colour is green and secondary colour is white. Both are the only two colours that must feature in end design other than that, other colours we use currently aren’t essential. The exact green pantone to be used are attached, with the main one to be featured is PMS3435C. To be clear, you don’t have to use just green and white and nor does it need to primarily be green, it just needs to have them in the logo. Also fine if they are.

The current logo is extremely hard to replicate in apparel and when not using full colour, as there are so many intricacies with it. As we grow into new areas for our logo to feature, we need to make it simpler. So we are looking for an icon that stands out in itself (likely a Jet but can have some fun with it) and with the name JETS being the most significant wording, with Ipswich, somewhere on there too.

The current fighter jet featured in our current logo has been retired and is no longer in service, so we need to get the newest one featured. This link provides you with the EXACT Jet we need to use. Not any Jet, this one. Anything that doesnt feature this, will not be considered. It can be a drawing, can be at a different angle and can be a fun animated Jet, as long as you use this one as your base. https://www.airforce.gov.au/technology/aircraft/strike/fa-18f-super-hornet. It must be the main feature of the logo.

To sum up, the "Ipswich Jets" are a Rugby League Club and Netball Club that have teams in the second tier leagues in the country, so we need to look professional and tight. Refer to NRL.com or AFL.com.au to see team logos/icons there and the kind of look we are after.

It will be used throughout the club, on apparel, digital assets etc.
