Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have built a snow removal company over the past 14 years called "Snow Hero". My clients truly think we are Heroes! Since our client base has grown we have decided to start offering additional services to better meet the needs of our client base. We are now maintaining hot tubs, and cutting trees (forestry/fire mitigation), and I have changed the name of the company to "Telluride Service Heroes" I need a new logo to compliment the name and allow for us to continue to add additional services in the future. I want it to be: strong, maybe patriotic, bold and simple. My team of warriors prepare for battle every day it snows, and we do the right thing no matter what. We have built our reputation of trust and reliability. Colors may be orange and gun metal gray (I am open to ideas). You can see my equipment on our Instagram @tellurideheroes.
I am looking for an icon/logo/symbol that people will recognize, and is simple but catches your eye. Please emphasize "Service Heroes" more than "Telluride"
