T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm needing a new design for some shirts to give out to employees. I'm looking for a single design to be printed in red on light gray t-shirts...either full front or left chest and full back.
It needs to include the imi logo, and the We're Proud of Our Work tagline. It can also include a version of the attached concrete truck, Irving Materials, Inc., Since 1946, and/or an American Flag.

I'm open to ideas, but had in mind for it to possibly have a retro feel to it...but I'm not set on that either. We're a construction materials supplier so that's the target audience if that helps any.

I can provide the imi logo and We're Proud Of Our Work tagline in other file formats if needed, but the jpeg is all I have of the concrete mixer truck.
