Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

For my company Midwest agriculture, I have this older logo design that I would like changed into something more modern kinda round or oval, maybe amoeba or a fruit/vegetable with just the initials MWAg or MW-Ag

I’m pretty flexible on the colors or the design if you have some ideas you think would look nice. I’m super open to seeing a fresh take. I will provide two older logos for reference.

The company specializes in organic & synthetic fertilizers for plants, we have a laboratory for tissue/fertilizer and soil analysis. Another main area we serve is consulting with farmers and nurseries to grow highest quality produce available. We use a good bit of new high tech equipment nowadays to monitor and record crop data. We also produce some chemical processing equipment for juice and food industries
