Voice concierge system for hospitality, health and education. The Audico system allows people in care, hotel rooms, class rooms or hospitality boxes to make requests via voice systems such as Alexa and these are then fed through to a back end dashboard and addressed by staff members. This helps to improve operational processes and also improves general customer service. Businesses have more measurable data and are able to understand the types of requests as well as being able to see how quickly those requests are responded to. It's as easy as "Alexa! I'd like breakfast delivered to my room" or "Alexa, I'd like to buy something from the store".
