I need a fresh, exciting, upbeat-looking site. The purpose of our business is to genuinely promote unknown, unsigned music artists. The sight initially needs a feel slanted toward Country Music.

For the design, make it follow a linear flow of sections/blocks. We don't want a complex design with objects/images in random parts of the page, but rather section "blocks" of content.

"Launch Your Music" This page is more complex. This page needs to display a questionnaire that can be filled out. This page will need to be able to capture and process payments. There needs to be a way to attach files for upload.
"Artist Profiles" - > A template page that will be used for multiple artists. It will show the artist/musician information
