Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a new logo that is modern and interesting. My business is within the disability sector, the business name "ACTIONABILITY" is all about getting the work done for our clients that they need at a high quality level and quickly. We are a case management service which implements the supports and services that people with disability need. I would like the design to communicate in some way the idea of movement forward and growth / taking flight /energy or action in any other way you might think of. I hope that make sense. I have attached my current logo which I am looking to replace
