Company info and culture:
-At Wayfinder Group LLC, we aspire to apply the art and attitude of wayfinding on behalf of our clients, partners and members. Disciplined planning, preparation and execution are tempered with a philosophy to remain mindful of internal and external factors, transforming obstacles into opportunities and risks to be captured and managed as the landscape unfolds.
-Wayfinding is the art of navigating to uncharted destinations, basically relying on a compass and a chosen direction, while being prepared to adapt to ever-changing terrain and elements. Initial provisions are established up front, resources are acquired at key junctures, while detailed maps and routes are developed on the journey to the objective. Successful expeditionary team members are resilient and collaborative, have varied and complimentary skills, are goal-oriented, and share a positive outlook.
-Those with rigid postures and myopic fields-of-view need not apply.
-Wayfinding is not haphazard planning and improvised execution. It’s about a deliberate intention to remain open to—and prepared for—course changes along the way, managing risk and capturing opportunities in the moment, or at a later date.

Final design should:
-Be clean and simple
-Ideally include: a compass, compass components (or some object that represents direction); the four elements of earth, wind, fire and water
-Communicate the idea of successfully/artfully/fluidly navigating through these elements to reach/achieve an objective/destination
