Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are holding a 25th anniversary celebration early next year and we need a flyer designed to announce the event and spark initial interest from both sponsors and presenters. This will be in two pages, each of which may be distributed separately so should be able to stand alone. The first page introduces the event and its goals and has less text. The second page goes into detail about the sponsorship oppportunities and has more text and a benefits table.

LONAP is a not-for-profit Internet Exchange Point, one of the central locations where different ISPs exchange internet traffic. However the focus of the event is on our members and our goal is to bring together diverse technically interesting content, which will set it apart from other network engineering conferences

The content for this is attached and is now largely fixed. Don't pay any attention to the existing design or layout in the file! I am not a designer.

I've also attached our style guide and logo pack. Our tone is friendly and inclusive, technically adept and reliable. We don't need massive LONAP logo branding; ideally some form of logotype around "Inspired::25" should be designed. Imagery from Shutterstock can be used, but keep track so we can license it. Any additional fonts should be preferably free and open source (e.g. Google Fonts).

The deliverables will be 2x A4 pages, one with the event introduction, and one with the sponsorship opportunities. These are to be delivered in PDF and source format (InDesign or Illustrator preferred). Note that this is unlikely to ever be actually printed, the PDFs will be shared instead, so use RGB colour mode.

I will work with the finalist on revisions to perfect it. The winning designer will also be invited to continue the journey with us, working on upcoming additional designs for the event - brandwear/swag, welcome and interstitial presentation slide templates, event venue branding, invitation flyer, event t-shirt, etc.
