Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a minimalist, luxurious modern logo with a hint of farmhouse for the printed literature, the website, the storefront, the apparel, etc.
We live in the Sarasota, Bradenton region of the Tampa Bay Area. Our clientele will primarily be located on the barrier islands. Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island.
Our logo/branding will be found at our storefront, our vehicles, apparel, brochures, business cards, pens, etc. We want to communicate coastal luxury, with a hint of farmhouse. Modern and cottage designs dominate the architecture, but it's always mixed with a bit of coastal and modern farmhouse in the kitchen and baths, which create warmth within the space. The name of the business is Shore Interior Solutions. I would like all of those words to appear in the design, but it does not need to be limited to those three words. The addition of an icon or another type of accent is welcomed. The word Shore should dominate the other two words. The logo should function well in one color like black. But I picture it being used in more than one color in various circumstances. It should work on a shirt, hat, mug, etc. The word Shore stands alone and does not have to be accompanied by a design element that indicates the idea of a shoreline. If such a design element promotes the main design themes, then I'm open to it.
