Couple of edits just to answer some common queries

1) Only after a design for the Hosted PBX and SIP Trunk Service. Just mentioned the additional brochures, as i would like to keep a consistent design across them all.
2) In terms of text content - ideally you can rewrite the existing PDF attachments. Otherwise just use the existing text.
3) With the layout - i would prefer it to be different to the examples provided. Needs to be something original.

We're an IT / Managed Services Provider targeting small to medium sized businesses. We're a friendly and fun business who aim to partner and work closely with our customers to provide all relevant IT services to support their business.

We're after a number of brochures to be created for each of our products and services. Ultimately we'll need brochures for the following;

- Utopia Voice (cloud phone system and SIP trunks)
- Utopia Broadband (internet provider services)
- Utopia Fax (cloud based fax service)
- Domains & Hosting (website domains, hosting and associated services)
- Security & Protection (endpoint protection, spam filtering etc)
- Utopia Backups - server/desktop cloud backups, M365 cloud backups
- Utopia Care - Monthly proactive IT support and maintenance.

The design should take into account our logo, and colouring styles.

I have attached for your guidance - our logo and letterhead.

I would like the initial design examples to focus on the Utopia Voice product - and as such have included two examples of brochures from the service provider on how they advertise to their retail partners. The service we offer is the same in terms of functionality, however we're unable to directly use their wording and designs (i also find their designs a bit plain).

I mention the requirements for additional brochures as i would like to keep a common design throughout all the different brochures, so it's very clear that they're various services from the same provider.
