Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hello,
We are two young partners who have bought several washing stations in the West of France.
We need a logo for our new car wash company.
Our objective: To revitalize the profession in terms of service, appearance and benefits.

What we want:
- A logo that is out of the ordinary and classic of the "old" logos of current car washes (So we don't want a logo with a smiling car full of foam, any other logo with a palm tree or water drops very kitsch)
- We focus more on:
A very clean and refined style OR
A very assertive RETRO style. (I'll show you some 3D of the station, there will be wood, steel, solar panels instead of rounded roofs)...
We would like to find on this logo:
> French color (Red, blue and white or other textured shade)
We stay on a station with all the metal structure painted in dark blue (RAL 5013) and wood as you can see on the 3D.
In addition, the color that reflects water and the "clean" remains blue and white, so in my opinion, we must stay on this type of color.
Exit logos with green, orange, or other colors.
> The brand name "ALL WASH" must appear
> Below, in the background, the town where the resort is located, the first is in the town of "Pessac".
> At the top, in the background a slogan or not (it's up to you) such as ECO FRIENDLY or another slogan "PREMIUM WASH" or "THE FRENCH WASH" or other to be defined.

We are going to access our development on energy autonomy... (autonomous in water and electricity), but also on the connectivity of all of our machines.

You should know that we put on our washing site:
- CAR WASH (Gantries + High pressure tracks)
- DOG WASH
- LAUNDRY
- VEHICLE CHARGING STATION (in the near future)
- HUB LOCKER
And we would like to use the chosen logo and release 5 variations for the on-site signage.
And why not adapt a simple logo by using the frame of the brand logo for each service (example a dog in front of the dog wash, etc.)

We put in PJ:
3D files of the station
Retro style on which we had a first inspiration with the signage that is derived.
Again, no logo style is closed, it can be very simple and clean, just like very retro.
We just want to have a logo that is completely different from the usual station logo.
