If so, then we need your help to illustrate a brand new concept.

Immagine you have a specific model of something (really anything). You don't know how to set it up or fix it, but you need help fast. It is already late in your time zone. How do you find a person to video-call and help you out?

Our newest application will allow any user to connect to specific skillset technicians from around the world remotely to resolve a problem with his/her equipment. The user will search from a database of registered professionals with specific knowledge and technical skills. After connecting to a professional the user will share his problem via a video call. The technician will ask the user to show the equipment and navigate the user through the steps to solve the problem via a pointer, drawing tool and interactive icons animated with different tools or actions to be performed.

The icon of the logo should be simple and describe the action of remote physical assistance or guidance to solve the problem with the broken, stuck, bugged equipment. The logo must be clear and understandable even in small size.
