I need a professional logo designed for a company that will be providing home visits from doctors as well as doctor visits by phone such as facetime, etc. The name is "Treasure Coast Personalized Medicine." We can abbreviate the "Treasure Coast" to "TC" if needed but we cannot abbreviate the "personalized medicine".

The logo should contain a house but not to feel like real estate logo - the house could be wrapped with a stethoscope, perhaps including the shape of a heart.
