Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi lovely talented designers! We need a business logo design that will be printed in high quality and very large across our mobile food trailer, selling toasted sandwiches on home baked bread, fried chicken, hot chips & more. We also want the logos on our uniforms, business cards and need a number of files including a .dxf file for logo use on a cnc cut out. We would love to continue working with our chosen designer to perfect our various designs (e.g. slightly adjusted for each different side of the food trailer & vehicle) and produce high resolution, professional images that we are happy with. I am artistic myself and have drawn up some pencil ideas and some font types that we like that encompass our hard working business. The logo itself needs to show that we are focused on home baked bread and therefore the bread needs to be behind the word"Toasted". Emphasis on not looking like we sell burgers, so no burger looking logos, like with the text in the middle as filling - no thanks. The "Toasted" text needs to be clear to read, across the top bun of the sandwich and the sandwich in the background perhaps in the popular sketch style of a single line drawing, not taking the pen off the paper - and no meat visible or much of the filling, perhaps a funky groovy lettuce leaf hanging out (crisphead type lettuce!) My partner loves the terrible basic sketch i drew in 30 seconds, which i have included, and my new improved version of it which still isn't quite right but so nearly there.
For the "Toasted" text, as we have a white trailer and vehicle, we want to use yellow and orange colours which induce hunger and draw the eye in... So the main central text colour to be a softer but vibrant orange, with either a yellow outline or yellow drop shadow (as included in my basic pencil font designs) - whichever looks best from afar, (we don't know yet!) the "Chef" word, we would like to be in a sweeping, curly, proffesional text, as shown in my design, and possibly in black or a dark colour complimenting the yellow and orange, so it is striking against the white trailer, but not too over the top as it needs to flow together.
It would be good to see the sandwich with lettuce and tomato in, so theres a bit of red and green colour to make it attractive and stand out, without being too busy and again a lovely soft light golden-brown bun with a bit of grain detail to make the bread look awesome! As you can tell we are very passionate about getting this right and would love to work with someone of a similar nature. Thanks in advance!
