Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung
I need a cover (front and back) designed for the 2022 version of the Arctic Yearbook. This year's theme is "The Russian Arctic: Economics, Politics & Peoples".
Because of how reactions have deteriorated with Russia in the Arctic, I am interested in a cover that makes Russia appears isolated from the others. I am open to whether this is literal, e.g. with a map of the top of the world with Russia somehow separated or different from the rest of the region; or implied, for example an individual who is clearly Russian (maybe with a flag or cyrillics or Russian-specific dress) off in the distance, alone, isolated.
The feeling I want to convey is that we are now apart - the Russian Arctic has been cut off from us and it's hard to understand what is happening there anymore.
The title should be prominent: The Russian Arctic: Economics, Politics & Peoples. The authors should be listed: Lassi Heininen, Heather Exner-Pirot and Justin Barnes. The Arctic Yearbook 2022 logo should be on the front, and the AY2022 logo should be on the spine. The Arctic Yearbook and Arctic Portal logos should be on the back cover, which can otherwise be very simple. Back cover should also include: ISSN 2298-2418
