Buchumschlag Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want a book cover for a paperback non-fiction book 30 day challenge to transform you relationship with your food, diet and lifestyle for longterm health and vitality. I would like to incorporate two photos on the front cover, one of a Greek salad and one of me the author. I have uploaded the four photos. Use which of each pair you think best. Because of my name, I want the photo on the cover. Otherwise folks assume Randy is a guy.
I am looking at best selling health books and they seem to be on the lighter side color-wise, with horizontal design. Green and orange seem to work most often, though my logo is a bluish turquoise (https://randyrolfe.com). I would imagine a light background, clear simple fonts. Looking forward to your designs!
