Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need to rebrand and want to get away from the militaristic and juvenile look of our current logo (see file..don't judge us). We are a group of women who are working with organizations to make dope, humanistic and exceptionally successful data-driven decisions. We would like to keep the Adinkra symbol (uploaded in file titled "BOA ME NA ME MMOA WO") that is in the middle of our current design (uploaded as "BERA- Logo Final").

We would also like to incorporate the phrase "Inequality is curable" somewhere in this. If our name - Broward Education Research Alliance -- is too long, we're good with BERA being used. To this end, if the Adinkra symbol and the B in BERA can be connected in some cool way - that would be righteous.

We would like to keep the color blue (any but royal blue..that's a terrible color) somewhere in this...but are open to (maybe even excited for) another color or interpretation because too much blue can be boring and everyone knows data driven work is fun.

The final design should communicate collaboration, strength and hope
