Postkarten-Design Kurzbeschreibung

This is an EDDM direct mail piece. The size needs to be 6.5 x 9 horizontal. An insignia for EDDM direct mail needs to be included in design (I put what it needs to say on the mock up). The attached gives a basic idea of layout, but it needs the touch of a professional designer, no doubt! Please see "Regency Front and Regency Back" files for copy and general thoughts on positioning. I have set four multi county records with my clients sales and I've been much too quiet about it. It's time to get that word out!! Where it says "Call Now" - I see in a tasteful color bar. This is a piece that is going out to individuals that are upper middle to upper class. It needs to speak to that audience, while calling out these records. Personable, but not too playful. Bold, but in a classy way if that makes sense. My logo (Hudson Valley Nest) and colors take dominance over Coldwell Banker logo. The more we could work the color theme in with my logo, the better. My logo should also be larger than in the mockup. I believe I have attached all files. Any issues with the files LMK. The house filename will coordinate with the one noted on the back side of the piece. This will become my template for record sales. If you can fit my picture in without it looking crowded, that would be great. If not, I don't want to clutter to get it in. My picture is labeled (SandiPark.jpeg). Thanks so much!!!!
