Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are in need of a logo that represents our current brand, but is more legible when stitched or printed on promotional material. We are an industrial services group of companies (mainly oil and gas) which serves projects/clients throughout Canada. I have attached our operating unit's logo for color reference, and as you can see it is too detailed to have quality stitch outs made from it on smaller sponsorship deals. Looking for something clear to read that still represents our group.
